How we handle the data you submit in our application form.

What data we process
Data you submit in the reseller application form: company name, country, contact name, email, phone, business type, product interests and optionally website, tax number, number of stores, expected order volume and message; plus technical data (IP address, time, source page, campaign parameters).
Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: assessing your application, contacting you and sending an individual offer. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Newsletters are sent only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
If no cooperation is established, we keep your data for up to 2 years from your application or until you withdraw consent. If we work together, for the period required by contract and accounting rules.
Processors

Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent – write to info@aerosoft.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
Cookies
To measure traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising we may use services from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta. Their cookies are only activated after you give consent, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Storage that is necessary for the site to work (such as remembering your cookie choice) works without consent.
